To hold your special date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% and a signed contract is all you need. In the event of a cancellation, we will work with you.

Yes! Check with your venue to make sure that they have the space and access to allow Bubble-n-Brew or the Beer Bar to be safely delivered. Although the cart and Beer Bar are designed for self-service some venues may require an attendant to stand by and assist in serving your guests. This is as much for your protection as is it for theirs.

Very flexible! The cart can be modified to hold one, two or three taps. The Beer Bar can be also be configured to pour any combination of beers or cocktails. For non-beer drinkers we can serve them our signature beverage, Prosecco. We can also pour your guests some truly amazing Sangria or Long Island Iced Tea.

We like to arrive about 2 hours before your event to place the cart or bar and make sure everything works. We’ll speak with your caterer or venue manager to coordinate our activities with theirs.

Yes you can. But why would you want to? You're there to greet your guests and enjoy the party. But, if you really want to do it yourself, you accept full responsibility for the proper operation of the equipment, for exchanging kegs and for any damage that may occur. If this is what you want to do, lets talk about your options.

The beverages are pre-chilled before we arrive and then covered with ice throughout your event. We don't need an electric hook up to keep the drinks perfectly chilled.

Yes! One trained attendant can easily serve 50 thirsty guests. We recommend a second trained attendant for larger crowds. This will avoid a line forming at the cart or the Beer Bar. Or, you can have your guests serve themselves and we'll be standing by to restock supplies and provide keg management services.

Yes and No. Bspoke Beverage Concepts cannot sell alcoholic beverages in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You have to be the legal owner of the alcohol. We can cover the details when you book us for your event. However we can direct you to our preferred suppliers and deliver the kegs to your venue. You own the contents of the kegs and are free to take them home for your personal enjoyment. For the Sangria or Long Island Iced Tea, we’ll ask you to order the supplies for us and, using our tested recipes, we’ll blend them to perfection and serve them from the cart or Beer Bar.
