Very. BSpoke is built around your preferences, not a set menu. You choose the drinks, and we make it happen. Craft beer, Prosecco, wine, cocktails, mocktails, kombucha, flavored lemonades, locally sourced sodas — if it can be poured beautifully, we can pour it. We'll also work with you to create a custom signature drink named for your occasion.

Absolutely, and they're not afterthoughts. We've created zero-proof old fashioneds, virgin sangrias, custom mocktail menus, and alcohol-free frozen cocktails that taste every bit as intentional as the spiked versions. Alcohol-free doesn't mean experience-free at a BSpoke event.

Yes. Every BSpoke setup includes a dedicated, professionally trained attendant — your personal bartender for the event. They know your drinks, they know your guests, and they're there so you don't have to think about a thing.

Yes and no — it depends on where your event is.

In most states (including Pennsylvania), the law requires you to be the legal owner of the alcohol, so Bspoke can't sell it to you directly. What we can do: point you to our preferred suppliers, handle the ordering guidance, and deliver everything to your venue. You own the product, which means any leftover kegs or bottles go home with you at the end of the night.

For sangria or Long Island Iced Tea, you'll order the supplies (we'll send the exact list) and we'll mix them using our tested recipes, then serve from the cart or Beer Bar.

Our setups are fully self-contained with built-in cooling systems designed for our specific equipment. Whether it's a summer outdoor wedding or an indoor venue, your drinks stay at the right temperature from the first pour to the last.

We do ask that you check with your venue to confirm there's adequate space and access for delivery. Some venues require an attendant to be present for service; we're always happy to accommodate that.

It's a good idea to let your caterer or venue coordinator know you're adding a mobile bar. We're experienced at working alongside other vendors and we'll handle our own setup, breakdown, and service — so there's minimal coordination required on your end.
